About Management in Baylor University

The Management major helps students enhance communication and problem solving skills.  It is a pre-major.  The major teaches the activities and functions of a business. It also builds leaders adept in planning, organizing, staffing and leading an organization.  Available courses include:

• Principled Leadership
• Global Supply Chain Management
• Human Resource Staffing and Employee Relations
• Project Management
• Negotiating and Conflict Resolution

Graduates can expect to find diverse careers.  A few job titles include: project manager, sales representative, program manager and development representative. Graduates have the tools to become excellent employees and leaders in the workplace.

The Hankamer School of Business offers student exchange and study abroad programs that could be highly beneficial to a Management major.
