This innovative course was developed in response to the growing number of restaurant start-ups and other small businesses opening in the hospitality industry.

This course has been designed to give you the particular skills you would need to run a hospitality business. It will cover content specific to hospitality operations as well as business management modules set in the context of the industry. You will develop your knowledge in areas from financial understanding to marketing and human resources, while learning how to apply this knowledge in a start-up or new business. 

We will encourage you to consider innovative business models that could give you an edge in the industry. You should come out a stronger leader, able to make strategic decisions relating to businesses in hospitality.

You need to meet our English language requirement - a minimum of IELTS 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening). 

Applicants with the following qualifications will be considered for entry on an undergraduate degree:

•    International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma (From a minimum 25 points depending on course)
•    British/ International A Levels (From a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points depending on course)
•    Indian Standard 12/HSC (minimum average of 55% depending on exam board)
•    Second and final year entry on a bachelor's degree may be available for those with a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the UK with a merit profile
•    A recognised foundation course
