Quantity surveyors organise and plan the procurement and financial management of construction projects, as well as effectively manage and administer construction contracts. They must lead and work successfully with project teams, taking measures to improve teamwork.
A career in quantity surveying is diverse and exciting, with opportunities to travel and shape the world that we live in. With the increased focus on the environment and sustainability in the planning of construction projects, there is high demand for, and short supply of, quantity surveyors to provide a cost management service, both financially and environmentally to the construction industry.
This postgraduate degree is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), meaning you will be educated to the highest industry standards and granted exemption from RICS academic entry requirements.
