About Planning And Development Accelerated in University of Salford

Designed to provide a pathway to an exciting career in the built environment sector and with an awareness of industry expectations, MSci (Hons) Planning and Development blends academic theory and practical application to provide you with an effective skillset for the future. This accelerated pathway includes the same content as a traditional three year undergraduate degree, but is taught over three trimesters rather than two semesters. This more intense mode of study means that you can complete your degree in a shorter period of time, so you can progress more quickly into work or further study. If you're already in employment, we also offer an accelerated day release route that can fit around your current commitments.

Academic qualification equivalents

• Students who have successfully completed Standard XII examinations will be considered for entry onto our undergraduate degrees across the full disciplinary spectrum.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS :6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent
