You will:

• Understand the scientific and technological aspects of construction and property
• Learn about financial aspects such as tendering, estimating and property valuation
• Develop your presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Academic qualification equivalents

• Students who have successfully completed Standard XII examinations will be considered for entry onto our undergraduate degrees across the full disciplinary spectrum.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS :6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent
