About Work And Organisational Psychology Msc/pgdip in University of Nottingham
Have you studied psychology as a major or minor subject but your degree is not accredited by the BPS? Do you want to develop a career in organisational psychology or related areas such as human resource management?
Our Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides you with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organisations. You'll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organisational change, plus more.
During the course, you'll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software.
