About Sustainable Civil And Structural Engineering Msc (eng) in University of Liverpool

The MSc Sustainable Civil and Structural Engineering programme provides a specialist, technical master's-level education in civil and structural engineering.

The programme is designed to embed the knowledge, skills and understanding required to critically assess the function, use and impacts of concrete, steel and alternative construction materials in structural designs and to participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of engineering projects which are truly sustainable, bringing social, economic and environmental benefits to current future generations.

This MSc programme is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators, which represents the four major civil engineering institutions and accredits civil engineering programmes on behalf of the Engineering Council, which sets and maintains the standards for the engineering profession in the UK. Academic qualification equivalents

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum first division (high second division from some universities).

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS:  6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
• TOEFL iBT: 88 overall with 20-Listening, Writing, Reading, 22-Speaking.
• PTE:  62 with minimum scores of 51 in each component.
