About Aquaculture And Fisheries Management, Bsc Hons (hadlow) in University of Greenwich

This course will help you to build on practical experiences, gaining insight into the importance of the sport fishery and aquaculture sectors for food production and sustainability.

While being hands-on, the course also covers the science and management of sports fishery and aquaculture. You will develop analytical skills through modules on water quality, fish health and biology, and habitat and conservation management. You'll also benefit from our facilities, which will support your learning and include a college-owned fish farm and lakes complex.

The course is offered by one of the university's partner colleges: Hadlow College in Kent.

Academic Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Degrees (Bachelor's)

For entry to our four-year extended degree programmes, you will need to have met the following:

• Standard XII with a minimum of 50%
• 70% in English in Standard XII or English language requirements

For standard entry to our Bachelor's programmes, you will need to have met the following:

• Standard XII with a minimum of 60%(70% for Law, Architecture)
• 70% in English in Standard XII or English language requirements

Some Bachelor's degrees allow advanced entry to year 2 or year 3, depending on your study history.

For advanced entry to Year 2 you will need to complete:

• Year 1 of a relevant degree with a minimum of 55%

You must show your English language skills to complete your course. Requirements vary by course and level, but the good news is, you don't have to wait to reach the required level before you apply.

Here's what you need:

• IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component

For some undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses, you need:

• IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component

For MPhil/PhD postgraduate research degrees, you need:

• IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component

For many of our extended degree programmes, you will need:

• IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component

The English language requirements for some extended degree programmes vary.
