About Digital Health Interventions Msc/pgdip/pgcert in University of Glasgow

With a global struggle to deliver effective health and care interventions, digital technologies have the potential to drive significant efficiencies in health care delivery by improving access, impact and cost-effectiveness and there is a known gap in educational provision to realise this. This MSc aims to address these gaps by preparing students from a range of backgrounds to address key challenges for digital health intervention development, evaluation and implementation.

• The only UK masters course to explicitly focus on digital health interventions allowing for a closer examination of all stages of intervention development, with a strong emphasis on underpinning theory, stakeholder engagement, ethics and evaluation.

Very good undergraduate degree, 2:2 or above, in social sciences, psychology, health or other relevant disciplines (e.g. computing) or other equivalent relevant experience.

For applicants whose first language is not English, the University sets a minimum English Language proficiency level.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic module (not General Training)

• 6.5 with no sub-test under 6.0. 
• Tests must have been taken within 4 years 5 months of start date. Combined scores from two tests taken within 6 months of each other can be considered.

• 90 with minimum R 20, L 19, S 19, W 23.

PTE (Academic)

• 60 with minimum 59 in all sub-tests.
• Tests must have been taken within 4 years 5 months of start date. Combined scores from two tests taken within 6 months of each other can be considered.
