The ML foundation module (MB4300) provides a toolkit to help you establish the baseline of your leadership strengths and style, and your NHS competency level to lead from the front to move up the career ladder.
Once you have completed the foundation module, you can cherry pick your next module - focusing on your personal interests, professional and organisational needs, and the skills you require to succeed in Senior Leadership.
To exit with a PG Certificate in ML or PG Diploma in ML, you must have completed two modules of the seven on offer. If you have done other leadership modules with another university or modules with Health Education
