Unit Information – What Will I Learn?

On this International Business Law course, you will undertake four 30 credit units and one 60 credit project unit. Our courses are designed to be engaging, attractive and flexible in the current global marketplace.

Your course takes place over three semesters. Depending upon when you join the course, this will determine the order of units which you will study. You will benefit by beginning your studies with others who started at one of the earlier points of entry.

You will also be well prepared for further research study in either the MPhil, or PhD.

To apply for a postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA/LLM) at the University of Bedfordshire you should have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate subject from a recognised university or HE institution.

We will also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications or appropriate work experience.

LLB or Joint Law degree with a minimum classification of a 2.1, or
In the case of degree holders in disciplines other than law with sufficient and adequate legal content on the basis of merit, or
Applicants with foreign qualifications on the basis of individual merit.

Applicants with English as their second language must show proof of competency in speaking and writing English to IELTS 6.5 band or above or its equivalent.

For all other elements, the requisite level of competency for which again proof must be shown is: IELTS 6.0 band or above or its equivalent.
