About Digital Media Bsc (hons) in Robert Gordon University

This digital media degree is an exciting package of design, production, and development modules curated to give you the creative design skills and high-level technical ability needed to make an impact. As a graduate you’ll take your employer’s digital media assets to the next level, in an exciting, rapidly-evolving industry.

The course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to develop a client brief from design concept to practical implementation. The four main themes of design, user interaction, web, and digital media run throughout this degree and are underpinned by technical and professional skills, to increase your employability upon graduation.

​​​Academic qualification equivalents

• The Standard Indian XII (10+2) examinations from CBSE, CISCE or State Boards of Higher Secondary Education are acceptable for admission to our Bachelor degree programmes.

An average mark of 70 - 85% or higher (best of 5 academic subjects) in the Standard Indian XII Higher Secondary School certificates awarded by the central boards (CBSE, CISCE) or a state board, or equivalent, with 75% or higher where subject requirements are stipulated (comparable with Grade B at A Level).

English language requirements (one of the below):

•  IELTS: 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in all four elements of the test
• TOEFL iBT : 80  with minimum marks as follows: Listening - 17,Reading - 18,Speaking - 20
  Writing - 17
• PTE:56 overall  with minimum of 51 in each component
