The Leadership & Change Pathway
The Leadership & Change pathway aims to develop you into an innovative leader. You will be trained with the leadership skills to successfully manage teams and organisations across the globe. Exploring the challenges of management practice from the perspective of a manager, you will learn how to use creative strategies to overcome them. You’ll also learn how to manage digital disruption and transformative operations to ensure you are able to successfully lead in the global business arena.

Direct Entry to 1st Year:
Year 12 Grade – cumulative score of 65% and above.
Advanced Entry to 2nd Year:
Year 12 Grade – cumulative score of 75% and above. Advanced entry is possible on a range of courses. Student applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS :Overall score of 6.0 with no score below 5.5 in any of the four components
- TOEFL IBT: Overall score 80. (We do not accept TOEFL from applicants requiring a Tier 4 visa, as this qualification is no longer accepted by the UK Visas and Immigration Department (UKVI)
- PTE: Overall score of 58, with 51 or above in each individual component
