About MBA Master Of Business Administration in Nottingham Trent University

The Nottingham Business School MBA is designed to enhance your management knowledge, your leadership capabilities, your global perspective and your professional career. It has been awarded a Dual Award status by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Our MBA has three core principles at heart:

1. The principles of responsible and sustainable management are central to our School and the programme. We’ll help you to develop the insights, capacities and skills to create and maintain responsible, efficient business practices, as well as to develop your sustainable mind-set, promote responsible leadership and influence organisational cultures.

The NBS MBA aims to prepare you to be more informed across all areas of business administration so that you are able to take up senior strategic management roles as part of your career progression.

We have designed a curriculum which will challenge your thinking, stretch the boundaries of your knowledge and demand reflection on your previous managerial decisions and actions. We have a dedicated Employability Team who not only help you during your time with us but also following graduation, they’ll continue to support you by providing a number of services that will help kick-start your career.

Our Employability Team offer a wide range of support from one-to-one appointments with our specially trained consultants, to arranging recruitment fairs and skill building workshops.

Services they provide include:

• Helping you to pursue self-employment
• Advice on taking gap years and time out
• Information and help on getting into volunteering
• Providing advice on further study.

As a student you will have access to our virtual learning environment, where you will be able to get in touch with our Employability team for CV support, application, interview and job hunting advice, career ideas and employer videos.

You can visit the Employability Team on your local campus every day during term time. They are also open outside of term time too, except on University closure days. So drop in, say hello, and get help with quick enquiries or book an appointment with a careers consultant from your school.

Nottingham Trent University Average Tuition Fees And Other Expenses

The cost of attendance is governed by factors like the tuition fee and the cost of living.

Nottingham Trent University Admission Procedure 

• Application: The UG applications are accepted through ‘Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)’ and PG applications through the ‘NTU applicant portal’.
• Application fee: One needs to pay £13 for 1 UG course and £24 for multiple UG courses.
• Application deadlines: For UG students the last date to apply is June 30, 2019. The PG programs don’t have any official deadline, however, it is better to apply one month prior to course start date.
• General requirements: Completed application form, academic transcripts, and English proficiency tests.
• Additional requirements: Birth certificate, passport copy, LOR.

English Proficiency Test: Majority of the courses require IELTS score ranging between 6.0 and 6.0 for entry. However, other equivalent English test scores are also acceptable.
