Based in a well-equipped studio environment in the vibrant city of Leeds, you will study the theories that shape the practice of landscape architecture, explore your individual creativity and develop a pragmatic understanding of the external environment within the landscape profession.

Collaborative working and live projects which mimic professional practice, will provide you with invaluable experience and high standards of innovative work within a social setting, and will help you grow into a confident designer.

You will have access to our multimedia studios equipped with drawing boards, computers and model-making facilities, our 24/7 Library, and IT suites. The new Sustainable Technology & Landscape Resource Centre provides opportunities for hands-on practical experience. Your studies will be further enriched by visits from design professionals together with field trips to landscape projects in the UK and Europe.

We'll give you the opportunity to show off your projects to the public and impress industry by exhibiting your work at the end of your final year.

Academic qualification equivalents

Standard 12th qualifications (CBSE/ICSE or State Boards of equivalent)

Grade: Minimum aggregate of 60% and above

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS 6.0 with no skill below 5.5
• All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) – English Grade 70% 
• Indian School Certificate (Class-XII) (CISCE) – English Grade 70%
