About BA (hons) Marketing & Business in Glyndwr University, Wrexham
Our BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business prepares students for the challenges of the modern business world and strengthens and develops their broader personal and professional skills.
Students will:
- Discover how and why do we choose the things that we buy and what influences people when they choose goods or services.
- Explore the latest scientific thinking in areas including consumer behaviour, decision-making and advertising.
Work-based learning is embedded into the programme, meaning that all graduates will be equipped with knowledge and skills to meet current and future market needs and be ‘work ready’.
Academic qualification equivalents

India Standard XII – 65% minimum from all state boards.
• Diploma from the State Board of Technical Education with 60% minimum (including MEng).
• International Baccalaureate Diploma with 28 points or more.
You may be eligible for advanced entry onto the second year of a degree programme if you have a three or four year diploma. However, this will be decided on a case-by-case basis and the content of the course which you have previously been studying will need to closely match that of the course which you are applying for.
