The Management and Human Resource Management MSc will prepare you for a HRM role, through a combination of studying theory and learning through practical work. The first HRM module is a general introduction to the subject and this is then followed by specialist modules on Performance Management and Reward, Talent Sourcing and Career Management and Employment Relations and Engagement.
