Alongside this you will study Theatre Practice and Theatre Practitioners exploring theatrical genre, conventions and innovative approaches through theoretical and practical approaches. The position and significance of theatre as a mirror to society will be explored through the study of plays and performance from Ancient Greece through to 21st century practice. You will consider the study of drama through a range of critical perspectives and consider the religious, social and cultural influences on plays and performance approaches.
