You can, however, still benefit from regular contact with lecturers and your fellow students.
The MA Human Resource Management has two parts. Firstly, there is the Research Methods module. This is a stand-alone module but is also designed to act as the springboard for the next stage, the management report (also known as the dissertation). The course runs over three terms, one for the Research module, and two for the completion of the Management Report (dissertation). You will be allocated a dedicated supervisor for the Management Report, and will be expected to hold regular meetings with them; this can be in person, by phone or via Skype etc.
