Therefore, Talent Management (TM) has become a top priority for organisations if they are to provide high-quality products and services and to establish valuable long-term relationships with customers and clients.

Our research programmes will prepare you for a rewarding career as an academic and researcher, as well as opening up opportunities for a diverse range of careers outside of academia, for example in consultancy work.

MSc by Research normally 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time, MPhil normally 2 years full-time or 4 years part-time, PhD normally 3 years full-time or 6 years part-time

Academic qualification equivalents

• The minimum entry requirement for all our research degrees is an Upper Second Class Honours degree (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in an appropriate discipline and/or a Master’s degree. In some cases, appropriate professional or experiential learning may be considered in combination with a lower classification of Honours degree.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS: 6.5 with no band less than 6.0
• TOEFL iBT: 80 with no band less than 18
• PTE:  61 with no band less than 56)
