About the course
- The Bachelor of Creativity (Writing) will help develop your skills to produce a manuscript you can submit to publishers by your final year.
- We tailor this course around our students' interests with the focus being on the style and area of writing that our students are interested in.
- We are closely linked with the industry giving students valuable connections when they graduate with guest lectures from the NZ Writers Guild, the New Zealand Society of Writers and the New Zealand Poetry Society.
- You can enrol full-time or part-time at the beginning in year one. In some cases, you can enrol directly into year two or three if you are eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
