This course focuses on the business skills necessary to manage the activities and information flows between suppliers, manufacturers, logistics service providers, retailers, and consumers in the contemporary business environment.
The various modules fall into four overarching categories: Strategic Decisions, Chain Contributors, Tools for a Successful SCM, and Stakeholder Support.
This course is designed to equip you with skills and knowledge pertaining to all aspects and concerns of logistics within a sustainable supply chain.
These include operations, purchasing and procurement of materials, inventory flow and control, storage and material handling in warehouses, economics of mode of transport and distribution, and shipment from the beginning of a product's lifecycle until its delivery to the customer.
