Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RTU”
The study program deals with the topical aspects of logistics and supply chain management (LSCM) business systems, with a particular focus on the development and implementation of appropriate modern IT-based solutions. Students study LSCM business and Information Technology solutions, design, modelling and simulation methods and tools that support technical approach to problem solving in the area of logistics and supply chain management.
The aim of the Master’s Academic Study Program “Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RTU” (LSCM at RTU) is to prepare highly qualified specialists who understand and are able to implement logistics technologies, identify, analyse and solve problems related to design, implementation, maintenance and management in the field of logistics information technologies, logistic systems and supply chains, as well as to develop students’ research abilities.
The Master’s study program „Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RTU” (LSCM at RTU) is a modification of the joint master study program “European Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management” (LSCM), which was developed and is implemented in collaboration with Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (Germany).
To study in the program “Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RTU”, English language proficiency is needed, which is confirmed by the TOEFL Internet version of at least 90-91 points, or at least B2 level in the CEF language skills level system or its equivalent, except cases where the previous education was acquired in English.
