Practical relevance and leadership development

With the MBA from the University of Applied Sciences Europe, you acquire leadership skills that qualify you for successful endeavors in a complex, digitalised world. Interdisciplinary thinking and work in intercultural settings are the basis of all of our modules. The curriculum involves customer analysis, managing and developing innovations, planning strategies at various levels of the organisation, managing resources, managing and leading companies and staff.
The programme is aimed specifically at students from Germany who have not necessarily completed a degree in business administration, but are looking for a management position in a company.

Your study programme

Within six months, two modules are held in which the students take part. The independence of each module enables a flexible start to your study and is compatible with your professional and private life.

After successful enrolment, students have four weeks to prepare themselves with the online documents and tasks. They will then attend lectures in a virtual classroom over a period of six weeks. Afterwards, the students travel to each location in Berlin, Hamburg and Iserlohn, where they take part in a two-day seminar on the respective module and write a final exam on site.
