About International Business B.a in SRH Hochschule Heidelberg

Our Bachelor program “International Business” will enable you to understand the international business world and give you tools to make an impact. You will study with students from around the world and be taught by international lecturers with professional business backgrounds.

Study our International Business program and experience international exchange in various ways including cultural diversity, a program with an international focus, a semester abroad and access to double degree options.

If you want to implement your own business model after graduation, you will be supported by the SRH Hochschule Heidelberg incubator company for “business start-ups”.

Content, objective and process of study

Our academic year is divided into eight 5-week blocks. In each block, two parallel classes at the most may be taken. For the entire duration of studies, these blocks build on each other with regard to content. Studies begin with a 14-day introductory module at the start of the degree course. Targeted learning is on offer from day one with a university-wide preparatory phase to acquire basic study skills.

Entrance criteria

German qualifications

• General university entrance qualification
• or university of applied sciences entrance qualification 
• or extended university entrance qualification effective in Baden-Württemberg  
• Personal interview

Proof of English

• IELTS 6.5 TOEFL iBT 80 (TOEFL code of SRH: 7712) Duolingo Certificate 95 PTE Academic 58 or other proof of English proficiency

• UK (A-Level based) university entrance qualifications

• Alternative university entrance qualifications to be confirmed

Tuition Fees

Applicants from countries with no visa requirements: 
670 € per month (24,120,- Euro for 36 months) + one-time registration fee of 750 €. 

Applicants from countries with visa requirements: 
670 € per month* (24,120,- Euro for 36 months) + one-time registration fee of 1,000 €. 

*Applicants from countries requiring a visa to study must pay the tuition fee at least one year in advance.

Heidelberg University verage Tuition Fees And Other Expenses

Heidelberg University charges its international students from non-EU/EEA countries a tuition fee of EUR 1,500 per semester since the winter semester 2017/18.

The table above shows the estimated cost of attendance for international students (non-EU/EEA) studying at Heidelberg University. In some special cases, candidates may apply for exemption from the tuition fee.
