About Bsc (hons) International Business Management in GISMA Business School

This course is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in today’s interconnected and fast-paced business world.

The BSC (Hons) in International Business Management will cover key aspects of business management within an international context and provide students with an in-depth knowledge of general business disciplines. Throughout the course, students will gain a fundamental understanding of essential topics, including accounting and finance; management essentials; economics and trade; and innovation and entrepreneurship. Students will benefit from gaining a professionally-recognised qualification which offers strategic leadership skills and encourages entrepreneurial thinking.

If you don't have traditional qualifications or can't meet the entry requirements for Bachelor's of International Business degree, you may have the option to gain entry by completing the foundation year (see entry requirements for more information).

With foundation year (four years)

This course incorporates an optional foundation year to prepare you for undergraduate study, by developing your business knowledge and study skills. You will also develop skills in: research, presentation, critical analysis, problem solving, team building and entrepreneurship.

There are 2 study options available, you can choose to study:

• Full-time (3 years)
• Full-time with foundation year (4 years)

Who is the International Business Management programme for?

This course is designed for students looking to pursue a career in international business, with an interest in developing a knowledge and understanding of key aspects of business management.

How will you learn?

The first two years of the course consist of four contact hours per module per week, and the final year consists of three contact hours per module per week. Total contact time is split between lectures and small workshops to promote group interaction and facilitate personal

International Business Management course is ideal for anyone looking to pursue a managerial role in the fields of accountancy, marketing, finance and business. Thanks to the year of international work experience, you will be a valuable asset to companies upon graduation.

Alternatively, students will be able to pursue further studies after completing this undergraduate International Business course. Some postgraduate programme options include Masters of Business Administration (MBA), MSc in Strategic Business Management or Chartered Management Institute’s postgraduate qualifications.

Tuition Fee

The program fees include student support services and free beginner's German classes for all students.

Cost of Accommodation

While living and studying in Germany, the students can explore various accommodation options, out of many the most popular options include flat or house share.

• The international students can apply and pay for the ‘GISMA Berlin Starter Package’, the cost of package includes 2 months’ rent, 1-month deposit, Airport pick-up and 1-month public transportation pass (which will be valid on bus, tram, and trains in Berlin).
• The total cost of this package is 1,850 Euro and in case the student’s visa for Germany gets rejected for some reason, then they will get a refund worth 1,650 Euro and 200 Euro will be deducted as an administration fee.
• The Student Hotel- Berlin: The Student Hotel (TSH) has a tie-up with GISMA to offer accommodation to the students at the discounted rates; the students can save 6% on accommodation prices of up to Euro 550 a year at TSH.
