Overview
This certificate provides basic skills in the major areas of personnel administration, human resources planning, job analysis, interviewing, compensation and benefits, personnel testing, performance appraisal, industrial relations and collective bargaining.
The college has worked closely with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program. The HRPA will grant credits towards the academic requirements of the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). To obtain this certificate, student must successfully complete nine (9) compulsory courses.
For your convenience, some courses are offered both in-class and online. Some online courses can be started at different times throughout the semester, just choose the course date that fits your schedule.
