Career Opportunities

Graduates will be capable of employment in product design and validation as well as manufacturing environments.  Career opportunities exist with advanced manufacturing environments, process development, commissioning, modification and maintenance and controls development.

Academic qualification equivalents

• Class 12 passed students from a recognized board including CBSE, CISCE or a state board
• All India Senior School Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard 12 or Indian School Certificate (Year 12) as recognized qualifications
• Final minimum average of 65.0% based on the highest six Grade 12 University (U) or University/College (M) courses

English language requirements (one of the below):

IELTS: International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic test with an overall score of 5.5  - 7.0 with no score less than 5.0 - 6.5 in reading and listening and a score of 7.0 in writing and speaking, with test results within the last two years
Please note, some Whitireia degree level programmes require a higher level of English language competence. 

TOEFL iBT :Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) test with a minimum score of 60 - 100for the Internet-based test (iBT), with test results within the last two years
