Combine a strong foundation in business with a double major in accounting and finance through this course. You'll graduate with a professionally accredited major in accounting as well as knowledge and skills in corporate finance, international finance, risk management and investment and portfolio management.
Over three years, you'll learn key business principles, build an understanding of accounting systems, develop the skills for good decision-making, understand how to plan and control business finances, and gain an appreciation of sustainability issues and entrepreneurship.

Professional recognition
The Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) is accredited by CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Graduates of the Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) may also apply for membership with the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

Entry into a Bachelor Degree program at La Trobe University requires completion of Australian Year 12 (or international equivalent) with certain grade. Students from other countries should have country specific requirements equivalent to Australia.
