This course complements your current business qualifications and is designed to develop the key attributes and skills needed to move into senior and middle management positions in the business areas of commerce, industry and the public sector.

Course Structure
The course consists of a total of twelve units or 120 credit points comprising eight core units (80cp) plus four units (40cp) from elective units. The core units focus on the skills required to strategically manage at middle and upper levels of management.
Students enrolled in the MBA14 Master of Business Administration should transfer to the new SBAD01 Master of Business Administration from 2018.
A candidate must successfully complete units totalling 120 credit points (cp). All units are valued at 10 credit points unless indicated.
Successful completion of a recognized Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in a business field;
OR
Successful completion of a recognized non business award (Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) aimed at providing the student with professional skills that include a systematic exposure to disciplines such as industrial relations, human resource management, project management, financial management, marketing, economics, e-commerce or strategic management plus a minimum of 6 months employment experience;
OR
Successful completion of a recognized Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in an unrelated field plus a minimum of two years full-time work experience in a managerial role.
IELTS Academic Module - A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0; Australian Technology and Management College (ATMC) - Successful completion of English for Academic Purposes (EAP). Students will be required to sit an exit test on completion and achieve a score equivalent to IELTS overall 6.5; Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) - A minimum overall score of 176 with no skill below 169; Common European Framework Certificate of English Proficiency - A minimum overall grade of C1, valid for three years from the date of the test to the date of commencement at CDU; Navitas Academic English - A minimum overall pass and 65% in Academic English 3 with a 65% pass in the research essay; Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic module - A minimum overall score of 58 with no score lower than 50; TOEFL Internet based Test (iBT) - A minimum overall score of 79 with a minimum writing score of 21.
