The Universal College of Learning, founded in 1902, provides high-quality education at the diploma, undergraduate, and master's levels. Health and sciences, humanities, business and applied engineering, and trade are all areas of expertise at this university. This college has forged partnerships with a number of local firms to guarantee that its students get enough job experience during their studies. Whanganui, Wairarapa, Manawatu, and Horowhenua are the four places where this institution has campuses. The UCOL Manawatu Campus is a unique blend of ancient architecture and modern amenities. This campus has a hair salon and a dining facility, as well as being close to a number of cafes and bus stops.
