MacEwan offers more than 65 programs, 8 four-year bachelor programs, 2 applied degrees, as well as 43 diploma and certificate programs. The university provides a transformative education in a collaborative and supportive learning environment. MacEwan University, shortened to MacEwan is a non-profit, public co-ed institution for higher education in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Accredited by the Alberta Advanced Education, it offers programs of varying duration and modes of learning, in diverse areas of study.
2009 MacEwan University survey, 84% of our students across all programs were satisfied with the overall quality of their education here. In the National Survey of Student Engagement, senior degree students rated MacEwan University higher than other western and Canadian institutions for its supportive campus environment, student/faculty interaction, and level of academic challenge. And, in a Globe and Mail survey, second- and third-year degree students gave us an “A” for overall quality of education.
