Holmesglen Institute is a tertiary-level training facility located in Melbourne, Australia. The training centre, which was established in 1982, has expanded to a global level, enrolling almost 4,000 students from other countries. The institute originally offered 90 programmes, but it is currently offering more than 600 programmes to students both domestically and overseas. With more than 60 courses available to international students from more than 70 different countries, the institute today provides academic facilities to more than 50,000 students. Along with providing training facilities, the institute has four campuses: Moorabbin, Chadstone, Waverley, and City Campus.
The Chadstone campus is the biggest and most well-known of them all. Departments for numerous conventional and cutting-edge courses are located on campus. The Moorabbin campus also offers courses in business, hospitality, engineering, health sciences, and fitness. On the site, there is also Holmesglen Vocational College. At the Waverley site, students can also learn about and receive training in disciplines like childcare, multimedia, animation, filmmaking, tourism, and recreation. In order to provide language training and other popular programmes, the City campus was established in 2012. With the passing of recent laws, Holmesglen, a TAFE institution, now has the opportunity to provide higher education courses at the degree level in addition to certificate and diploma level credentials.
Holmesglen Institute presently provides a wide range of degree programmes in the social and behavioural sciences, the humanities, and the arts, in addition to operating vocational training programmes. In addition to this, the institute offers secondary schools in Victoria a wide range of facilities. It provides information and initiatives for secondary school students interested in pursuing careers.
In addition to these resources, the institution also hosts an online community for current, former, and future Holmesglen students. Here, students can ask questions about a variety of topics, get guidance, learn, and interact with others online. The institute maintains a global network of more than 130,000 graduates and has a large alumni base. The institute's graduates are making contributions to various facets of society.
